She has a level of professionalism and knowledge that easily allays the fears of potential residents. Her caring and compassionate mannerism makes even the most difficult transition a smooth one. Residents are seen by the Administrator Daily, and subtle changes in their health and well-being can be readily detected and addressed with the Care Team.
The levels for resident care and cleanliness of the facility is consistently monitored to ensure quality of care and service. She works closely with the Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Family Members and Case Managers to ensure that the transition to Hibiscus Palace Assisted Living Facilities is smooth, assisting with all aspects as needed.
